Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on cookies, mini loaf cakes, or any baked goods once an order has been placed or delivered.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement or resolution at our discretion.

Crumb Crush Bakery is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or packages marked as delivered.
